Routine Placements & Practice Schedule
Team routine placements are posted to your child's profile within your Jackrabbit PARENT PORTAL. Once you have logged in, you can view the Meet routines. Routines can be viewed by logging in to your Jackrabbit PARENT PORTAL, viewing the child's profile, then clicking on SKILLS.
Once you know which routines your athlete will be performing at the Winter Meet, you can use that information to determine which practices they will need to attend. Use the practice schedule link below to view the schedule for those routines.
We have an extremely large group of kids competing the A2 routine, so they are divided into a Pink group and a Teal group. To understand which group your A2 athlete is in, log into the Parent Portal, click on your student’s name, and view the upcoming events there.
Synchro Partners are also listed in the same area. You can see who your athlete is paired with by following the same process you use to view routines, find the Synchro Routine and click on NOTES. You can communicate with your child's Synchro Partner parent via BAND Private Messenger to schedule privates, attend open gyms, etc.
If your child will be competing in E1 or E2, they will need to enroll in the PLATINUM ACRO SKILLS class offered on Monday evenings. E1 and E2 skills can be challenging, and many are acro based, this class will complement and enhance team practices.
Open Gyms
These are a fantastic opportunity for tumblers to get extra practice with coaches available to help and give feedback. Beyond that, they’re also a great chance for team building—meeting up with Synchro partners, creating camaraderie, and building friendships. There will be team coaches there to help and give feedback.
Open gym spots are limited. Spots are limited, so please pre-register. Open gyms are $20 per tumbler. Please limit A1 team members to 1 hour. Open Gym is $20 per athlete.
Team Private Sessions
Private session are listed in Jackrabbit. These always book quickly, and space is limited. Each private is a 30-minute one-on-one session where tumblers work directly with a coach to focus on their routine, polish details, and build confidence.
You can also book private sessions for synchro routines with your child’s synchro partner. These will be scheduled by coordinating directly with the partner’s parent through messaging in the BAND app. One parent will book and the other will be added by the Studio. Please send a message to Jen in BAND via direct message if you are booking a
Synchro Private session. Synchro partners will be announced soon!
These spots fill quickly, so grab your session right away—we may add a few more as needed, but availability is very tight. Private sessions are $30 per child.
Team Practice Wear
To keep our team looking sharp for competition and to reserve our competition wear for those special days, we have mandatory Extreme Tumble Team Practice Wear! Tumblers will soon receive their practice apparel (girls will receive a leotard, boys will receive shorts and a shirt).
Team members are required to wear the practice leotard to all compulsory and synchro practices. Girls are allowed to wear black, tumbling-fitted shorts over the top of the practice leotard if they wish. Those shorts can be ordered using the form found by following the pink link below or they may wear a pair of their choice.
If you’d like to purchase a second practice leotard, you may order additional practice wear by clicking on the pink link below and filling out the form. You do not need to fill out this form form if you only want one practice uniform for your child.

Returning Team Member Order Form
Returning team members who already have OR need a replacement for their team uniform (B/C/D level pink Leo), leotard, and/ or jacket need to click on the link blow and fill out the form. Form must be completed by 9/19/25. If a jacket or leo replacement is needed he card on file will be charged on 9/26/25.
All returning A/B/C/D level team members must fill out the form to let us know that you do NOT need or NEED a jacket or pink leo. If form is not completed we will order a new jacket and leo for your athlete and process the charge on 9/26/2025. Please note: all A levels are receiving a NEW TEAL LEO.
This is to avoid late notification of a reeded leo or jacket that may be backordered.
If you need new undergarments or a team bag, please use the TEAM SHOP to place that order directly.
a Level Routine Competition Leo
Just a reminder that ALL A LEVEL athletes will have new competition leos. They are a new style and color. Athletes are fitted for these in class and they have already been posted and payment processed.
Girls Leotard Undergarments
We are excited to offer high-performance undergarments from GK Elite to complement our new lighter-colored team leotards. These undergarments are made by the same company and are specifically designed to fit perfectly under the leotards, ensuring no visible straps, seams, or lines. Athletes will not be allowed to compete without correct and complete uniform including no visible undergarments.

Our team shop is open for orders! You can now order T-shirts and crewneck hoodies in both youth and adult sizes. We also offer the option to personalize your T-shirt or hoodie with a name.

If you chose the even payment plan for your team fees, you will receive an email with your full fee breakdown. This email will clearly outline how your payments are divided and when they are due. Keep an eye on your inbox for this important information.
Routine Videos
The videos of the routines your child will be competing in at the fall meet are now available to view by clicking the link below. We’ll also be sending home a printed list of the skills in order so you can review them together. While we’ll do the majority of the teaching and practicing here at the studio, it always helps when parents encourage their child to watch the videos at home. Even a little extra practice outside of class can give them more confidence and help them feel prepared!
Band
The Band app is an important communication tool for Tumble Team. Please download and join our group. Make sure that notifications are turned ON.

We’re looking for awesome volunteers to help make the Tumble Team experience even more fun, exciting, and memorable for our athletes! From organizing team events to helping at meets, your support helps create a positive and encouraging environment for every child. Intersquad meet
Winter Inter Squad meet will be held in January 2026. More info coming soon. This exciting event is a chance for our athletes to showcase their routines in a supportive, competition-style setting. Optional Girls Competition Shorts
If your child needs shorts over their competition leo, these are the only ones we allow.
They may wear these over their competition leo during competitions if needed.
The shorts are designed by GK Elite to match each level’s competition leotard.
When you complete the order form, we will ensure the correct color is ordered for your child.
